why does your face hurt when your sick?
I was curious since I just had a fever and I noticed that face still hurts. I think it may have something to do with the sinuses are under alot of pressure.

You answered your own question there .
If you are referring to above and below the eyes when you say 'face' then you are correct. This will more than likely be congestion of the sinuses which is causing you discomfort.

I'm currently hosting a virus and I would swear that my eyes ache and my teeth ache in their jaws. Sure, why not have an achy face?
