Should i wear glasses permanently?
I hav been recently tested and learned that I couldn't see distant object clearly(0.25)..Since it is a small power, will I be able to stop wearing glasses after some time? Or is there any natural methods to regain my eyesight(foods, exercises etc).? Or would I have to wear glasses for the rest of my life?(and I don't want contact lens either).
I'm a teenager.

The wearing glasses part only helps you to see better and you may like doing that. There are no methods that will work, that will improve your eye sight. There are many people who will sell you techniques that they will tell you will work, but they will not. The options are glasses, contacts, or surgery like lasix. If you do not want to wear glasses, it will not make your eyes worse if you do not. It just means that you will not be able to see.
As you get older, up until around the age of 21 or 22, your eyes may continue to get worse because your eye is getting bigger and that changes your focal point. When you get your drivers license, the state may require you to have correction (glasses, contacts, surgery) to drive.

You are best to get glasses. If you don't get glasses, you are straining your eyes even more. This can damage your eyes a lot, so do the safe thing and get a pair of glasses.
Over time, your eyes will eventually start to fix themselves. BUT, this only happens if you were your glasses all the time, because otherwise, you are just straining your eyes which will make your eyesight even worse.

doctors will usually tell you specifically to only wear them at certain times if that's necessary, and that's usually just for kids with a very weak prescription, because their eyes may get worse if they're not having to work at focusing. if you prescription is higher than a 1.00 or 1.50, you should probably be wearing your contacts all the time. with contacts in general, you're not expected to only put them in when your drive or watch tv. that would be ridiculous. contacts are for people to wear all or most of the day. if you're really worried about it, ask your eye doctor.
