Hi Anoopam,
we should first see the possibilities of 1 person.................
so a person has 6 enemies and 14 friends.
he can form a committee of other 2 members by either selecting 2 from 6 E or 2 from 14F.
That can be done in 6C2 * 14C2.
Now, all the 20 persons have the possibility of 20 *6C2*14C2.

ok then. Th e answer is easy. you're taking -4+(-6)-8=. First you're taking -4 and -6 in the event that they are the two unfavorable(-) than you upload 4+6=10 and only upload the unfavorable sign(-). then you definately subtract 8 that's particularly including 8 extra to the unfavorable area. that's -18. for occasion take the huge form line for occasion: -18,-17,-sixteen,-15,-14,-13,-12,-11,-10,-9,-... and so on. so take the -4 and "upload" 6 extra to the unfavorable area; it is only like subtracting the huge form then that answer is -10, then "subtract" 8 from it and the respond is -18.
