14 year old trying to lose weight...?
Hi, I'm 14 years old and really want to lose about 7 kilos. I'm currently 62 kilos. I'm very athletic but my main problem is wrong eating habits. I'm not fat but about 7 kilos overweight. I'm 162cm(about 5'4).My body has decreased my confidence so much and i'm sooooo upset. Before I was a lot stronger but now i'm really uncomfortable going to school because of my body. If i don't lose weight, i will not gain my confidence back. I exercise a lot but on the other hand, can't stop eating. Please can anyone give me a diet plan or any good advise?
thank you

Here's a plan:
Breakfast - 2 eggs with 1/2 cup any veggies you want. Water with 1 tbsp lemon. And 1 small bowl cereal or oatmeal
Snack: a peace of sweet fruit (banana, orange, apple) and a handful of nuts
Lunch; a cup of rice with protein (chicken, meat, turkey) and a salad
Snack: whole wheat bread with low fat cottage cheese and some baby carrots
Dinner: treat yourself to something nice but PORTION CONTROL!! Don't eat too much. If you want pasta, use whole wheat.
Snack: yoghurt with fruit (optional) OR a piece of chocolate or candy Small pieace though

You're too young to be concerned about losing weight. You sound active so that's great, that should be a confidence booster. You're young, so just enjoy life, find things that make you happy, figure out what you are passionate about and dive into that head first.
