Drug charge pelase help?
My boyfriend got cought with posetion of contribuating to sell weed he had 12 small baggys of it. This is his 3rd time getting arested for weed the other two times wure chrarges only for posetion they thre those charges out but this time his chrage is for contribuating of selling. Fourth degree charge . What are the consiquences will he do time in prision or is there any chances they might drop that charge to a posetion charge. Thanks.

In my country, that would warrant possession with intent to supply. it won't be dropped to possession i don't think. If he had an ounce in one bag it would be possession.
Go to the 'Norml' website (the weed legalization website), they have a list of penalties for every state.
