Could this be a labor sign?

All day I haven't really been hungry. I have been feeling kind of sick. I mean just because I haven't felt like eating I have. By the way I am 39 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I am contracting and have been on and off for the past like 4 weeks. At my appointment Friday I was dilated to a 1 and about 20% effaced.

Update:

I feel like I should know this because this is my second pregnancy but with my daughter I had to be induced and I didn't really have any contractions before with her. I also always felt fine but that is probably because I didn't have a toddler to run after :))

I was told I wouldn't be in labor until contractions last 1 minute every 4 minutes for 1 hour. And to go to the hospital when they are 3 minutes apart. Start timing them and see if there is a pattern. Labor means contractions that happen in a pattern and do not ease up with change in position.
