Does Netflix have more viewing options online?

There is a cancelled HBO show called In Treatment that I really want to rewatch. When I google the show along with the word Netflix, it appears that it's available to watch. When I go onto Netflix on my tv, it isn't available. Is there more of a selection on Netflix's website? Is there a different package I need to pay for to see more movies/shows? Or does Netflix simply have info and ratings about movies/shows they do not carry (which would be silly)? Any help is appreciated!

    It's only available on DVD from Netflix. Can I assume this means you only have a streaming plan, and that's why it's not showing up on your TV?
