How can President Obama be ahead in the polls?
I have been here on Yahoo answers for a little over 6 years and every day it's 2 hours in the morning, 1 hour at lunchtime and 2 hours in the evening. I read almost all of the political comments and make a mental note on which candidate has the most positive responses.
This election, candidate Romney gets more thumbs up and President Obama not only gets most thumbs down, but nasty negative responses.
Perhaps, the news media should join us and see the truth?

It depends on the demographic being polled. I don't give much credence to the polls, besides close elections sell more newspapers, makes you watch the news etc. The media knows what they are doing ;) Dont worry Romney is truly ahead.

Pollsters use a correction method known as "weighting". What many are doing is using the weighting of the 2008 election, where far more Democrats and Independents supported Obama as the measure. But this completely ignores the 2010 election that by far, favored Republicans. I doubt there is little that has changed to sway 2010 voters to now support Democrats.
Important to note, that even using 2008 weighting, Obama doesn't fare nearly as well as he did in 2008. So, the results really do show he is in serious trouble. In an unweighted poll, (50/50) Romney wins and in one weighted to 2010, Romney wins in a landslide.

Fox helped by giving too much adversed comments almost on daily basis forgetting Amercians are wise enough to see Obama has done more good over the last 4 years. No doubt he will get 4 more.

Most people don't blame President Obama for every negative thing that happens in the world. Most people judge him by the things a President can control.

Obama lied, people died, and his mindless minions continue to bow to their king...
Have you read in all the main news carriers how Obama lied about the Benghazi attacks? He left his own people exposed to an evil murdering faction, and then lied to cover his ***, then went on about his campaign!
See link, read the truth for yourself.
The only way he even still leads is due to the dishonesty of those who support him. At least you know who never to trust...look for the Obama/Biden bumper sticker.....

How many times have you seen Barack or Michelle on morning and late night tv shows?. American lives by the set and inundation plus overall-media's blind support pretty much controls a nation of sheep.

Perhaps the majority of the ones on this board are all republicans, but from what I gather, many also have more than one Yahoo ID, so they are probably alternating their ID's to make it seem that there are more people than there actually are. I guess you can say that this kind of thing suites them well.

Trolls of yahoo Q/A and truth don't always make a good pair....
With that said, Romney is a week horse to bet on.

The better people get to know the three "Rs"*, the more they favor President Obama.
