My boyfriend got charged with posetion of weed of 9 grams this is his third time being arrested will he go to jail or will they only give him probation

3 times and he hasn't learned yet,
he might get more than probation this time.
I would dump him if he can't handle obeying the law he certainly isn't
prone towards the 'rules' and that means things that will turn out to be against yourself.

if they let him off the first 2 times without it going on his record hes fine but if both previous times are on his record its bye bye for him hes gonna be off the street :D one less bad guy i have to worry about
