HELP! My Boss Wants Sexual Favors. He Threatened to Fire Me.?

So basically, I moved to a foreign country b/c the unemployment rate in mine was sky high. An old friend suggested I go to another country where she lives too and she helped me find a good job with lots of money. The only thing is that my boss is single and looking and he is infatuated with me. At the beginning he acted negatively towards my presence in his work place (he is the owner and the director) and he was always demanding, hostile, rude and critical of me. I thought he hated me because of my nationality. But it turned out that he was -as he says- in love with me and he couldn't admit it so he treated me very badly b/c my beauty , the attraction he felt, and the thought that I might reject him made him angry. That is the explanation he gave me one day when he was really drunk and finally opened up to me.

Anyway, after he came clean about his true feelings, he stopped making fun of me b/c of my inability to speak his language correctly, and making me cook for him, clean toilets in the office and many other demeaning things he used to do to me to make my life difficult because he couldn't handle me as he said. I thought he was just a bigot and a hater but he keeps on apologizing to me now and telling me that it is not true. He was just not sure how to react to my appearance and the emotions-thoughts that it stirred inside him. So he verbally attacked me in front of others etc.

That was in the past as I said. Now all this nasty behavior has stopped for the past 3 weeks or so and he is the complete opposite now. He has suddenly, after he disclosed his love for me, become a gentleman. He gave me a raise, he smiles at me, praises me, brings me flowers, sings to me, e-mails me all the time, calling me at night athome to say "Hello" and see how I am doing etc and he comes to my apartment every morning to pick me up with his sports car b/c I don't have a car yet and he insisted that he doesn't want me to ride the subway or buses. He always asks me out to dinner at expensive restaurants and buys me little gifts (jewelry, stuffed animals, even a laptop!). I refused the gifts although some were very enticing and I have only agreed, after a lot of pressure, to eat lunch with him one time. That went well. I chose the restaurant so we went to Mc Donald's!!! I din't want him to pay lots of money for me b/c I would owe him and he would ask me to pay him back...in kind most likely!

So my issue is now that instead of having a mean boss which was probably better and safer for me, I now have a flirtatious boss who wants to get in my pants! He has begged me several times to be his girlfriend and he even implied that my position depends on this decision. I don't want to and cannot afford to lose this job and go back to my country where I will be poor again. I don't want to have a relationship with him either.It's not that he is unattractive, no, he is kind of cute and a bit sexy, but I don't want to be a sex slave!!! I know he will want that of course and if I decide to break up with him one day, he will fire me I guess.

He has already tried to hug me, caress me (my back and my hair), grab my hand and make me touch his chest (to feel his beating heart that is broken -supposedly- b/c of me) and he even kissed me once in the elevator against my will. I know this is mildly harassing me but I NEED the job and he is , fortunately, not some old bald smelly fat or ugly jerk...excuse my language.... he is 32 and good looking. So I kind of try bear with him and his sexual advances. I am trying to pretend I am interested but I am actually leading him on as much as I can to buy myself some time. I keep telling him that I just came out from a long term relationship and I am not emotonally ready for a new one (which is a lie!) and that I like him too but I can't be his gf right now. I asked him to wait and be patient-b/c I don't want to lose my job-but I think he has already suspected me for lying and has figured out that I am dishonest. So yesterday he called me to his office and blatantly told me "you either put out or get out"!!! Not in these exact words but that was the message. He even locked the door and tried to lift my skirt but I slapped him and ran out.

I don't know what to do. He gave me an ultimatum. I have one more week to decide or he will replace me with another girl. He is blackmailing me now. I can't report him anywhere. There is no Human Resources Dpt in his small business. It's his company. He rules! Plus I can't really go to the police b/c I am sort of illegal...

Any advice?

Should I just sacrifice myself for a job? A VERY IMPORTANT job. And my greatest fear is what will happen if I do have sex with him but then after a while he dumps me anyway?

Is there a way to keep him at bay FOREVER and still maintain my position?
