Been in this situation before, okay first step act cool don't make any sudden movements or anything (i know it sounds ridiculous). If you remain calm they might not notice. Step two: (hopefully you have gotten by with watching a sex scene before) if they start to say you have to leave or something, bring up the conversation that you have seen a sex scene in another movie and how cool you were with it. Oh and step three: act like you are not interested in it. Be busy with your phone or something will the scene is going on and occasionally look at the screen.

If it's a DVD, start fast forwarding. If it's in the cinema, shrink in your seat and pretend you have a headache by pinching the bridge of your nose and shutting your eyes. If on TV at home, start texting someone or go bathroom. These worked for me. Until I got to the point that I stopped caring and just enjoyed the film. But above all else, don't make eye contact with them!

Honestly, I scream, "Ernagerd!" I don't know why but movies with sex scenes always creeped me out if my parents were around. I remember covering their eyes or turning the tv off.

I nonchalantly peer at them via the corner of my eye, pretend to be reading some old text message for the 100th time, slide down in my chair, and / or talk to the cat and act as though I'm not watching. It's actually rather amusing.
