What is a trash bag drive thru sale?
I was driving by a church today and saw a sign saying "Drive thru trash bag sale". I have never heard of this. What is it?

I would call the church to find out, but some of our local churches have clothing sales or giveaways, and they set up a temporary drop-off area where people can drive through and donate used clothing in garbage bags.
