If i had implantation bleeding almost 2weeks ago would a tedr detect pregnancy by now.?

ok about 2weeks ago I went to use the restroom wiped and there was red/brown blood bt that's it nothing after that I really don't knw when to expect a period since I had a very early miscarriage in July. but last month it came on the 20th the month before that it came around the 15th. my husband and I were trying to conceive bt then stop caring. when should I test. since July my two periods were 6 weeks apart.
