pc screen vs tv screen?

I want to know what's the key differences I want to know what's the pro's and con's this is not about money so leave that out its about best picture quality video playback and game playback I know it also depends on the graphics card you use but that's not a problem I want it to have good info but not too much writing if you can thanks in advance

i also want to add it's for a custom build computer i mean im not going to make it now just would like the info give me idea's

    I plug my laptop into my t.v all the time to watch movies. I have a HD graphics card on my laptop and both picture qualities seem the same to me. I used to use a 42" t.v as my monitor for my pc however, I soon discovered it's not very practical:)
