Ever had a fall on horseback that just left you laughing?
I'm in the process of training my 9 year old paint mare. She's really sweet, but it took a while to get her that way. Before we got her she was used as a broodmare. Nothing more. When we got her she was pregnant AND nursing a foal. Well, she's come a long ways... and long story short, yesterday when I was riding her she was doing GREAT until she just bucked and took off running. I hung on for a good little while and felt myself coming unglued, so I just let go. My knee hit the ground and I landed in a large pill of tall grass... THANK GOD. lol. My mother came running over and I couldn't do anything but laugh. It wasn't her fault. We think it could have either been a snake or maybe her tail or something got stuff in the grass or whatever. Anyways... what are your stories?

My endurace mare and I have been a solo team for 10 yrs now. She HATES mudd. Won't even roll in mudd in the field.
She is super athletic, and can move up down and all around
We were comming down the trail a bit faster than preferred but it was a nice day
She saw a pile of mudd up head
I though well, no issue, time to teach her to go on thru the mudd (she does slowly)
Well, she leaped with her front, hit the grass and swung her butt and rear legs around so fast to the right to hit the grass on the other side of the mudd puddle ...I landed spash..
She looked down at me like:
Why are you in the mudd? I did everything right to keep us out of the darn stuff, and there you are sitting in that gross cold muck !! Fine trail partner you turned out to be, human

I was riding a small pony bareback in the indoor arena and she spooked at something outside the big doors. Being a small, rolly pony, I had absolutely nothing to hold me on. I started to slide off and then just hung on her side for a few seconds before just giving up and falling off. Since the ground was soft, I just laughed it off and got right back on. The sad part of the story was that I probably could have just set one foot down on the ground as I came off and caught myself so I didn't land in the dirt. Of course, this all took place at a walk and in front of several people... I no longer ride her bareback :P

ahh Which fall do I choose...lol
I was at a show once I think I was going prelim at the time at rocking horse in Florida. One of the jumps toward the end of the course was simple and should have been a great jump. I was galloping up to this pretty good sized hill with a small log jump at the top something I had schooled over a million times and what not anyway I was galloping up going just a little to fast I must not have set him up at all for this one because instead of doing a nice stride up the hill to pop over the jump he launched at the base of the hill and took the whole thing. Me not expecting it fell off on the other side he took of back to the barn and I ran after him after I buttoned my pants back which came off and of course in front of a crowd of people watching the whole thing.. lol O WELL

Well these weren't my alls but my riends and I laughed anytime we heard the word donkey after that. Wel lthere is this donkey at a place where my friend boards, we recently started riding him and hes been doing great. We even started jumping him. My friends and I were out on a trail taking turns riding him, my friend Thea didn't realize he doesn't know how to canter. She was trotting him and asked him to go faster. He took of galloping of course! All he has was a bitless bridle so he wasn't super easy to stop. For some reason she didn't let go and go dragged over a black berry bush and a bunch of sticks. We were laughing our heads of!
Oh and also while I was schooling for a show, my old lease horse jumped the jump and right after all of her legs were on the ground she stopped! I flung over her neck and realized that she had to poop.

Well I was riding my pony. She is really short and fat and does nothing but eat. I was troting her around our riding ring then she suddenly started cantering. It was so uncomfortable and awkward and I didn't know why until I realized she was trying and failing to buck. But one of her awkward hops took me off guard and I slid foreward onto her neck. Then she stopped and put down her head. I went flying into the sand and my pony troted out of the ring and went to eat grass. I couldn't stop laughing for a long time.

One time my gelding was so happy to be riding out in the snow that he threw some bucks when he was cantering. That threw me off, and I got thrown under the fence. It was electric tape, but the electricity was off. I rolled on the other side of the fence, and my mom just laughed.
Another time my mom was lunging me and he threw his back feet up. That threw me so I was laying on his neck. He put his head down and I did a forward roll off his face. It was scary at the time because it knocked the wind out of me but now we laugh at it. He's an amazing horse, 28 now. He was trained to Grand Prix dressage. It just shows you that even the best horses can act out.

I was told one time that horses have no sense of humor, if that is true then why do they decide to act up only around the prickly pear patches, and then after they launch you, go about 20 or 30 yards and turn around and stare at you trying to get out of the patch.

If this approximately DRACO MALFOY it's severly out of individual, like the primary poster stated, it is too quick paced, and so forth. The tale demands alot extra main points, you would be an k creator when you further extra of a plot, alternatively of skipping immediately to a wedding.

Haha probably all my failed attempts on cantering side saddle on my 13hh pony called Peru. Its so funny because I fall off really slowly and just slide until I lose my balance ;). Its really funny because then Peru just looks at me like 'why are you on the floor?'. Then Peru just kind of like waits for me to get back on. When I laugh he nickers at me its really funny :) x
