Question about Mirai Nikki?
The specials,they show in the end of an episode? What about an OVA? I don't think you understood me,but i'm doing my best :D. Is there actually something like this - (Not Mirai Nikki Episode (xx)) but something like Mirai Nikki Special 7) or Mirai Nikki OVA..Is there actually a link to it? Or is it just in the end of an episode and that's all there is to it?

There is no official Mirai Nikki OVA out at the moment, but there are some Murmur specials that are 2 mins each and don't really have anything to do with the story at all. Here's a link describing them, but I really don't recommend watching them since they serve no purpose.
