They do allow people 19 years of age into the Brew and Blue Fest. (Can't drink)

I stay in Chicago and the fest is faster or later shorter and fairly weak line upthis 365 days. extra probably to hit the community golf equipment than the fest. even with the indisputable fact that June 19-20 is Blues on the Fox. Saturday June 20 the headliners are Sugar Blue, Watermelon narrow, and Los Lobos. And it truly is loose.

Are you refering to the mainstreet blues and brews festival in gloucester? Often beer fests sell tickets for non-tasters but i don't see that option on the website. Then again i don't see much info on the website.
