need weight lifting advice?

somedays when i go weight lifting light or heavy i dont feel that im growing muscles or doing anything.. i feel im working out for nothing in times. am i doing anything wrong here. any opinions would appreciated

    this takes time to develop. if not patient, change sport

    Remember!!!

    Always stretch your muscles in series of activities. Such as jumping jacks, squats, etc...

    Lift up things you can lift up! Don't try lifting things that are too heavy. Start little by little. Once the thing you are lifting is to light, then move on. Glad I can help :D
