How likely is it that a women has to wait two weeks after there missed period to get a positive result?

I'm curious bc I missed my period this month and on September 12th I had spotted just once when I wiped that's it. I was expecting my cycle to come around the 20th. I have took test that came back negative.

    Take another in a few days with your FIRST morning urine. If you still don't get a positive, and you miss another period, definitely see the doctor for a blood test. Good luck!
