    Don't do it, please don't. The weight you lose will not be worth the sick feeling. Your muscle will be destroyed along with the fat and you'll be more concerned about not eating rather than homework, school and friends. Anorexia isn't a diet, it's a disease. People who say that the abc diet works are sick people.
