Why is it that Christians always say to atheists "evidence is abounds, you just won't accept it"?
And NEVER, EVER, actually provide this evidence? Literally I've never seen them provide it after making this claim.
So what's this evidence you speak of? "Look all around, a God must have done all this/Something can't come from nothing?" = argument from ignorance.
"There's historical evidence of Jesus" = we have a small collection of highly ambiguous documents that, at best, prove the existence of a peace-preaching Jewish rabbi, but not that he had magical powers.
So what is this evidence?

Thumper 'reasoning': A bottle of Mike's Hard Lemonade exists. Therefore, something must have made the atoms. Therefore God exists b/c their strawman of the Big Bang and of evolution doesn't make sense to them (b/c they're doing their best to not believe it b/c they think that if they do believe it, Satan is going to jump out of the bushes, yell "Gotcha!" and run a machete through their heads like some horror flick. Then he's going to drag them straight to Hell for eternity.).
Atheist reasoning: A bottle of Mike's Hard Lemonade exists, therefore I'll drink it. Oh, and therefore a bottling plant probably still exists and a company called Mike's Hard or something probably still exists. But if the company doesn't exist, this bottle (if I haven't opened it yet) has probably become a lot more valuable and maybe I should sell it on E-Bay.

first of all, the question is not about Jesus' powers but about his existance. no one ever asks for proof of his powers. that is ridiculous. what proof is there of any ancient person and the things they did during their life times other than historical account?
as for the evidence of God's existance, what evidence do you want? what would convince you? the fact that the seasons come and go and all the creation responds to it every single year without fail? the fact that there are things written in God's word which was written thousands of years before modern science which are in perfect agreement with science?
for instance, science says that life started in the water. well that was written in genesis chapter 1:20-21 long before science ever figured it out.
science tells us that the earth is round, well the bible said that in isaiah 40:22 many many hundreds of years before science figured it out.
science says that the earth spins on it's axis, well in job 38:14 God speaks of the earth turning like clay on the potter's wheel.
science has only in recent year said that the earth was once all one large land mass and the rest was water. well, the bible said that in genesis 1: 2, 10, and genesis 10:25 tells us that God divided the earth into continuents during the days of peleg, after the great flood and the events at the tower of babel.
the bible speaks of orion and other constellations which took many thousands of years for science to know about.
since God's word contains many ideas and principles which sciences puts forth and the entire scientific world believes to be true and since it was written many thousands of years before modern science existed, that should be sufficient evidence that God is real and that he created everything. how else would uneducated shephards and fishermen who where used by God to write his book know of such things.

They're unclear of the concept of evidence and how it relates to reality. There's a word for it. Let me think... I know - it's ignorant.

God is not bound to physical evidence
