What weight class produces some great technical boxers?

I was watching a lightheavyweight match today, between Matthew Said Muhammad and Dale Grant, and I realised that lightheavyweight division tends to produce allot of technical boxers past and present. Matthew Said Muhammad,Archie Moore,Bob Foster, Dwight Muhammad Qawi,Ezzard Charles,Billy Conn, Chad Dawson, Bernard Hopkins etc.

So what weight classes produces smart boxers? And why do you think it does?

The lightweight division has produced the most technically sound fighters in history IMO.

Gans... Leonard... Duran... Whitaker... Williams, and that's just scratching the surface.

I think most of the weight classes produce their share of so-called technical and smart boxers. The flyweights have seen the likes of Pone Kingpetch, Ricardo Lopez and Ivan Calderon. The bantamweights have had the likes of Eder Jofre, Lionel Rose and currently Anselmo Moreno. The featherweights have had the likes Willie Pep, Salvador Sanchez and now Yuri Gamboa. The lightweights have had the likes of Benny Leonard, Tony Canzoneri, Pernell Whitaker and Floyd Mayweather. The welterweights have had Sugar Ray Robinson, Kid Gavilan, Oscar de la Hoya, Whitaker and Mayweather, Jr. The middleweights have had Robinson, Roy Jones, James Toney, Bernard Hopkins and now Sergio Martinez. The light heavyweights have had Maxie Rosinbloom, Tommy Loughran, Billy Conn, Michael Spinks and Jones Jr. The cruisers have had Carlos de Leon, Evander Holyfield, David Haye and now Yuan Pablo Hernandez. And the heavies have had Jack Johnson, Floyd Patterson, Muhammad Ali, Larry Holmes, Lennox Lewis and Riddick Bowe and now the K Brothers.
