How does the Hulk not feel anything after smashing?

imma sound like a total nerd for saying this (but frankly i don't care), but he's a thing of pure anger. Endorphins are flying through his bloodstream like crazy, making him completely impervious to pain. Similar stuff happens when people take drugs. Plus,l he's humongoid, so anything that he does smash or that smashes into him, he probably doesn't feel it. And if he does feel it, part of the side affect from the gamma radiation is the ability to heal faster.

I've only seen the new movies, so I'm not sure about the other adaptations, but it has something to do with the gama radiation, when his blood pressure goes up, there's some sort of chemical reaction, and it effects his whole body, including his nerves. It's total science fiction, though, there doesn't have to be a reason.

I think it has something to do with the way his rage affects his guilt and pleasure receptors. You see, it appears to be reversed in hulks particular case. When he gets mad it envokes a satisfied or indifferent feeling. So i vote pcp, and agree with a previous commentor

For one he's industructible. Second, he's incredibly strong. When he destroys tanks and buildings, I assume it's like a normal human punching through cardboard and styrofoam. No pain included there.
