I am trying to send a picture from the fb messenger app and it says it doesnt have access to my photos and to go privacy setting and I did and couldnt manage to find it. So if anyone could help that would be awesome, thanks.

Check into the settings or else by default by just attach a photo option you can send the image so make necessary privacy settings.
