What are the best foods to eat for weight loss?

I'd like to lose around 2 stone by next year, and I know exercise is important, but I struggle to know what are the best foods to eat when trying to lose weight?

I drink green tea, it that any good for fat burning also?

I prefer veg over fruit and I do not like fish. So what foods could I eat to lose weight? Thanks.

    Just eat more often. eating a small bit every 3 to 4 hours will get your matabism going at full speed. that alone my be the only thing you need.

    At a restaurant split your meal and eat only half meal and take the rest home if the quality is more

    do your best to ensure you re not eating after 7 o clock at night you re more likely to make unhealthy choices and less likely to sleep as well after a late meal

    do your grocery shopping with a list and a time limit that way you re less likely to stray into the processed foods section
