My friend has a rash- like mark that she can't identify?

So my friend had this red mark under her eye a couple days ago, but it's been spreading across the bridge of her nose to the other side of her face. It looks like a really red goggle mark from having your goggles too tight with a few red scabs and bumps along the line. She's really worried because someone told her it looked like she had a parasite. The only thing she came in contact with recently that was knew was a pair of converse shoes but those were obviously on her feet. Everything else she has touched is things she has touched before and not had a problem.

Does anyone know what this could be?
