what was in/and then came out of my leg?

well a few weeks ago i hurt the back of my leg. it was really sore and didn't seem to go away. everyone i was asking said it just looked like an ingrown hair that had got a little infected.

then today i got really fed up with it because it was really hurting, and kinda pussing (sorry know that sounds horrible) so i squeezed it as hard as i could. and two little shell like things came out. they were no bigger than a couple of mm, but were hard, and like a shell type of substance.

the place where they were no longer hurts.

any one know what on earth it could have been.

really freaked me out haha
