How do I set myself up to be administator on my own laptop?

When I started it up the first time the software set me up automatically as just a user (I'm the only person who uses it). However, I've discovered that I'm not the administrator. The machine is a fairly new Toshiba Satellite running win 7. How do I upgrade or change myself to be the administrator?

see Toshiba manual for this. The Win 7 default is the first user is the admin -- if Toshiba changed this, they monkeyed with the Win 7 setup files and thus have to tell you what they did.
