Grandpa's Will. What's my legal right as grandson.?
My Grandpa is living with me and father. He has Alzheimer's and can no longer maker legal decisions but the will he made was to leave everything 50/50 to his son and his daughter (my mom). My mother passes away not so long ago and my uncle manages my grandfathers money and estate. Me and my brother don't really trust my uncle and we believe he is not managing is will an estate well. Like his old huge house that is just sitting and not even collecting rent. Do I have a legal say in my grandfathers estate? And what steps can I make to get a say in my grandfathers estate because I hate seeing my grandfathers estate going to waist because of my uncles lazzieness.

Sorry kids u may have Zero 'rights' to
anything Grandpa has.
if u want to retain a lawyer to look at
your Grandpa's will , u get some thing
from it.
fact is u need to pay for consultation
to learn what your ability is to do anything
about uncle.
however since your mom passed , any
legal claims she had passed on with her.
google your state's estates laws and start
learning.
good knowledge is good luck.
u got lots to learn.

seem at society young ones are behave extraordinarily. there is not something incorrect with spanking a new child. He needs to benefit that his habit wont be tolerated. Please, day out is a shaggy dog tale. day out is why young ones recently are so uncontrolled. somebody says spanking and all of us cries bloody homicide yet its a spanking not abuse, as long because it depart no everlasting marks.

who did your mother leave her estate to? your father i would assume... he has standing in this you do NOT....
your father can hire an attorney and challenge the will and the uncle's position as executor but he will have to prove that the uncle is doing something illegal... letting a house sit empty is not illegal, an executor does NOT have to be good at the job, they just have to follow the laws that apply....
