Should members who block members be prevented from answering questions posted by those they've blocked?

Yeah I know what you mean, I've been blocked by a few ppl yet they still poke their nose into my questions and like you I like to keep my block list clear too, I don't see the need to block people on here because I am happy to receive opinions contrary to mine, but unfortunately some cannot bear to hear you disagree with or challenge their comments

Zenesis is also zak. He's lost 12 accounts this last week and so he's now doing the early morning opening of accounts and e-mailing far and wide the usual bilge. I had two vile ones last week, both threatening me and then lo and behold on Sunday he sent me ever such a lovely apology, especially for mentioning my brother who died years ago in some of his rants, you know the way he has with words - like 'rotting corpse' etc etc.

Then we're expected to believe this paragon of virtue has a 9 year old daughter who's mother mysteriously appeared in the UK and somehow his house got burned down just because he was going to marry his little African Princess - ah!, but then along came big bad Olga! I have a feeling he really is writing a book and we are being used to help him write it! Hope Pills & Loon don't part with their money too soon.

I don't answer anyone who has blocked me simply because i only have one account, except for the 'commune of one' simply because it's a new name or account daily.

I agree with what you are asking.The ones I have blocked are the ones who have blocked me first. If I can't access their questions why should they be able to access mine? If they have no interest in my contribution, then I have no interest theirs. These people who block me are usually those who think this site is owned by them, and they usually boast a Top Contributor badge.

I have always stated : "If you don't like the answer, don't ask the question."

It seems like a fair and logical suggestion. It might help to reduce the number of malicious actions which seem to be a regular occurrence.

doesn't bother me either way to be honest, some like myself hide our q&a as all my questions were getting reported non-stop by folk on here

for pete's sake, can you not just use the site like the mature adults we're all supposed to be without making ridiculous 'questions' about blocking and not blocking. Who the flippity flip cares about your petty squabbles?

you don't have fans, you just tend to annoy people with your constant assertions that you are always right. I don't know why they just don't ignore you. And you make it worse for yourself by parodying their questions repeatedly. Just grow up, put your big girl panties on and behave

It should be optional. Why would you want to have Yahoo auto-block?
