Favourite stuffed cherry tomato recipes?

I am hosting a Hen's next week and I am trying to keep in mind that not everyone eats meat - so was thinking of having some stuffed cherry tomatos in the vegetarian side. Does anyone have a really good flavour-some recipe. I've been googling and they all seemed just to be stuffed with cheese and I thought there would be different recipes :(

    Smoked salmon with cream cheese, chopped dill, lemon zest

    Cream cheese with minced onion, and crumbled gorgonzola

    Cream cheese blended with chopped salad shrimp, chopped green onion, cocktail sauce.

    Prep Time: 20 minsTotal Time: 20 minsServings: 20

    Ingredients

    20 cherry tomatoes

    1/2 lb bacon ( cooked and crumbled)

    1/2 cup mayonnaise

    1/3 cup chopped green onions

    3 tablespoons parmesan cheese

    2 tablespoons fresh parsley ( snipped or dried)

    Directions

    Cut a thin slice off of each tomato top.

    Scoop out the insides and drain upside-down on a paper towel.

    In a small bowl combine all other ingredients.

    Spoon the mixture into the tomatoes.

    Chill and serve.

    Oh boy, are they good and pretty too!

    I love my potatoe salad! You'll need: bitter Cream Miracle Whip Black Olives inexperienced onions Sir Francis Bacon potatoes 2-3 eggs Pickles or savour sour! And inexperienced bell peppers (you don't have to use this if you do not want to) You boil potatoes with skin on potatoes and put your eggs uncracked in to the pot even as boiling the potatoes. Then whilst the potatoes are cooking that you could fry your 1st Baron Beaverbrook or get pre-cooked Bacon and add to a bowl with a purpose to have room to your potatoes as soon as peeled and cooked. Add your pickles or get pleasure from and chop the fairway onions and drain your black olives these will must be sliced in case you did not by sliced. Now that you've got your 1st baron beaverbrook cooked chop into small portions and then place into the bowl ensure it can be crispy. K as soon as the potatoess are cooked peel them and reduce them into the size you need on your potatoe salad. Now chop the eggs after peeling them into small pieces then add salt and pepper in the event you wish and you miracle whip and sour cream. I take advantage of gentle bitter cream and miracle whip. Nevertheless it's your name. I use half bitter cream and 1/2 miracle whip. (You won't be competent to taste the sour cream my father in legislation swears he hates sour cream and he loves my potatoe salad. Lol) and blend this good. You have a potatoes salad that is exceptional from most and will get eaten up!! Hope you experience!

    put a quarter head of trimmed cabbage in a food processer and get it to coleslaw consistencey...add 1 cup of balsamic vinegar...1/2 cup of sugar...1/2 tsp of salt...1/2 tsp of pepper...fresh garlic chopped[1 sp...schallot 2 tbls mix together and sit in fridge to marry flavors[2 hours]...stuff tomatoes and sit in a shallow pan...drizzle your favorite italian dressing over the tomatoes [generously] and cover...put in fridge till ready to serve...sprinkle chopped cilantro over when serving...yumm...yummmm

    cherry tomatoes would be hard to stuff. they're only tiny
