Everything bad about Pope Alexandr VI was written by his enemies - there are no independent sources confirming his (supposed) misdeeds.

He openly kept mistresses and had children by them, appointed his sons as Cardinals, and regularly ordered the murders of enemies.

Stalin was by far the worst of those on your list - his excesses and policies led directly to the deaths of at least 10 million of his own people, and perhaps as many as 60 million. He ruthlessly eliminated all internal enemies and threats -real or imagined - to his power and regime.
