What breed does my dog look like iv heard she looks like an Italian greyhound mix but i dont know! what do u think?

I forget to mention shes only 12 lbs give or take and shes 12 inches tall!

At her size, the predominate breed is probably Papillion, though Border Collie is a good guess for the other half/dash in there, and other toy breeds are possible contributors as well. I see no traits at all consistent with an Italian Greyhound at all.

Definitely not an Italian Greyhound.She looks like a Border Collie mix,possibly Cattle Dog in there somewhere but I may be wrong on that.
