Blue screen error on my new HP laptop?
I have experiencing blue screen errors on my laptop, 2 days after i purchased it. I have already tried the following steps to resolve the error but , the problem still persists
Re installed OS thrice
System Restore
Hard Disk test
Memory Test
Tested the unit in SAFE MODE
Online system Health scan
Driver Update
Moreover the blue screen error is not specific. Everytime i get different error codes and sometimes the error code repeats itself. These errors are random and can show up anytime , sometimes 2-3 times a day and sometimes once in 3-4 days. Please help me out
The configuration of laptop is :-
Hp 430 Notebook PC
Intel core-i3 2.4 GHz M370
2GB RAM
500Gb hard disk
Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit
I cannot ask for a new laptop now. They said that the Laptop can be replaces only within 15 days of purchase. I purchased it 2 months before
I also tried 'sfc /scannow' to scan for missing or corrupted files for it passed without any error
I have also tried to work with 2 different RAMs and i faced error with each of them. So i don't think it's RAM that is causing the errors

Honestly I have no idea what is wrong. I am just commenting to thank you for being the only person in the history of the internet to even think about writing down the error code.
Anyway I've never heard of such an issue, with the error codes being more or less randomised. Try talking to HP about it they should at least get it working if not replace it. You can try the Windows forum aswell, I'm sure you will get more help there

Blue screen error are always occur either due to faulty RAM or sometimes due to Hard Disk.
Try address the problem to an engineer or the owner and get your RAM replaced.

Tell them to replace HDD and RAM if they wont raise a complaint in the consumer court.
They Must replace the LAPTOP. Go ahead and raise a complaint if they refuse to do so.

Definitely sounds like a hardware issue. Return it promptly and demand a replacement. Don't take no for an answer.

start the computer and start hittiing F11....this will start a system recovery....than you can restore to default out of box settings...........if the computer can make it to the end of the restore without blue screening you will be fine....if not youll need a new hard drive and OS.

No need to replace. Go to them and ask them to fix problem for you. By the way don't pay them, they must have provided a warranty. Take it with you.
