Am I the only one who feels the Libya is going to become "Obama-gate"?

I don't understand why the Congress didn't impeach Obama over the Bombing of Libya. Obama never got authorization from Congress to commit an act of War. He never even went to the Congress.

But the Crime was committed when Obama kept American forces involves beyond the time allowed by the War Powers Act.

This to me is both party's ignoring the Rule of Law ( the Constitution ) and making a deal with each other. Now either party can do as it wishes in the White House when it comes to war.

There was a very good reason our founders only wanted Congress to be able to declare war.........They knew having this kind of power left in one persons hands was a dangerous and bad idea.

Obama should be impeached for this crime against the American people.

But I don't share your opinion.

Because I know that both Romney are Ryan are on the outside (of the White House) looking in.

Both President Obama and Vice President Biden are on the inside and they get briefings every single day as to what's going on around the world.

Ryan is not in on those briefings. And neither is Romney.
