where can i buy cos play costumes online or at a comic book store in AZ?

hi :) i am an anime geek and i was wondering where i can go online to buy cosplay anime costumes or a store/comic book store that sells them in AZ? please help me, i would love to buy things that are cute but not a hundred bucks! ha ha, thanks soooo much!
