I want it to be a book aimed at mainly teenagers. the main character is a girl who has moved around to different places all around the world, and it has had a negative impact on her social life and all the rest of it. trouble of is, I can't think of a plot

I don't think you know what the word 'plot' means. A plot is a storyline, which you have.

You have a plot as the above answerer has clarified. Perhaps think about themes (isolation, travel, lack of choice, culture shock) and this will help you think of things that could happen
