KIMSNG-121016: Why is my Conversation History missing?

I'm having trouble viewing the conversations as well. I can search for items and they will come up, but the window will not load when I click on the search findings...it's just blank. I can view archives via messenger and recent conversation history on my iphone safari browser, but not on desktop yahoo messenger. i have tried multiple browsers, etc.

1: Windows 7 x64 2: Firefox 20.0.1 3: No error messages This issue has been reported and is supposedly being "worked on" for quite some time now, with no updates or progress. It is particularly odd and annoying to have inconsistent parts of conversations saved, while others aren't. For example, I wanted to review info a friend gave me yesterday about the date and time of an upcoming event. Sentences before and after that part of discussion are in my conversation history, but not that part. And looking at the history, it appears as though we never even chatted about the event! Clearly something is wrong at Yahoo's end, you must have done something recently as this is a NEW issue which is affecting a lot of people, albeit in varied ways. You really should be better able to identify and resolve the problems and communicate with users who are experiencing and reporting it!!!

Same problem here - my entire conversation history just up and vanished a few weeks ago. All I get is an unending spinner and a page that never loads.

According to Yahoo "Current Status: We are actively investigating this issue and working to provide a resolution as quickly as possible," - which is great, except that message was POSTED A YEAR AGO!

Since some day this week (can't be sure which day) I've been getting "No more messages of this type are available" in Conversation History. The last message line does show up in the side bar on the left though. In message window, can't retrieve the last messages either (by pressing F3).

Usually when the history has been unretrievable by the client software, it has been possible to see the messages when logging in to mail.yahoo.com, but now I get "No results found" there too.

I've had plenty of different kind of issues with the message history and everytime they've vanished as randomly as they appeared.

Can't see messages being sent back...conversation box only contains dates and times when message is being received from a contact. Deleted and re-loaded program now at least other person can see my messages but none from them!!! This is about the 4th day, do we just need to forget Yahoo and move to a program that works????

Yes I am experiencing this situation now. I cant view my conversation details in my PC even at different PCs .

I am having the same problem any of my conversations I try to view are blank. this is such a big problem for me since I need to view them to print them for someone FOR A VERY IMPORTANT MATTER

In my 11.5, there is not one iota of conversation history or archive mentioned ANYWHERE. Am I to assume that conversations are not saved or they are saved but I cannot get to them?

When I click an item in "Conversations", the title is displayed but the content is blank!!!!? );
