People who do follow a religion don't have much evidence either, and the evidence you do have can be contradicted in many ways. Atheists can ask you the same question.

I'm a christian and i'm close to god but god's existence can't be proven, you have to discover it for yourself. Open your eyes, science proves many christian beliefs wrong and nothing has been proven in the reverse.
