Carry On Restrictions?
i'm going to be taking a short flight next week, and i haven't flown for 6 years. with all the baggage fees, i'd rather carry-on (i'm only going for 3 days). do the wheels of a suitcase count towards size restriction? it says bags need to be 22" x 14" x 9"
my bag is 23" (1- 1.5 inches of that is the small wheels) x 13" x 8"
also, if it is a small carry on suitcase does everything (toiletries) need to be less than 3oz? what about my razor for shaving and tweezers?

If your bag is too big they may take it from you at the gate and check it. It has to fit easily in the overhead compartments and these days all the flights are full and so is the carry-on storage..
