My mans ex wont let him see his daughter :( help!?
My mans' daughter is 2 years old, his ex never even told him she was pregnant, the baby basically arrived and he had a phone call saying 'your a dad' which was obviously a shock. At first she let him see her and he even had her overnight a few times. Then she moved towns and cut off all contact. We have no address or phone number for her. His ex would not let him go on the birth certificate so he has no parental rights at all. He tried to contact her on facebook but she said its HER daughter and she will not let him in her life. He has done nothing wrong at all, we even moved to the same town as his ex (because of uni and his daughter). He also paid for a DNA test.
We have been to a solicitor and they said they would get back to us and they haven't. I hate seeing how much this is upsetting him. He hasnt seen his daughter in over a year.

Whoever told you just because he's not on the birth certificate means he's got no rights to his kids doesn't know what they're talking about.
If your man has proof of paternity then he has rights to that child and he needs to contact someone in family law. Regardless of what the mother may want, if he's the father and wants something to do with the child then he has to pursue it and not just assume there's nothing that can't be done.

properly he needs to drag her lower back into to courtroom for contempt expenses. toddler help and Visitation are separate topics, one isn't tied to the different. If she isn't allowing him to work out her or have her on her in many situations scheduled weekends then in simple terms document each and every time she says no. also ask on condition that I cant have her this weekend how about next? document if she denies that besides. from time to time legitimate issues do arise and won't be able to be prevented. even if, apparently she is in simple terms being petty. make efficient you've each and each of the dates and situations she has denied visitation. i'd warn her good that you're going to take her lower back to courtroom to have his visitation rights enforced. Push is composed of shove and he or she stands a risk at dropping her parental rights and spending a nighttime in the Iron Bar inn for contempt. recommendations you those are very uncommon circumstances. medical doctors appointments, dentist, hair, or what ever, i'm efficient he's in simple terms as able to taking her for those visits besides. Been there performed that I had to have a police officer comprise as a fashion to get the youngsters one time. That and a visit to the decide placed quit to her video games. from time to time it fairly sucks at the same time as grown adults act worse than little ones.

Woa that womans crazy! I honestly dont get that. She spoiled her daughters life by not givinv her a dad and at some point she will hate her.
