Y!A : Problems with typing space?

I got some question where I put a lot of additional details inside (which not exceed 5000 words quota). When show the preview, it seems everything is going fine, but when the add. detail being posted, all the data above 1000++ words is gone just like that. What happen actually?

Update:

And now that question is being deleted?

Start out fresh. It is possible that you have a bad cache file; Yahoo is infamous for corrupting cache files, for some reason. Sign out, clear your history, temporary files (be patient) & cookies, then RESTART (essential) the computer and retry. This HELP link has instructions: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/se... .

Now, try it again, but compose it in an outside program. Copy & paste and see if it works. If not, you will simply have to break it into smaller chunks and post using additional details option. But you should also bear in mind that virtually NO ONE reads questions that are that long. They tend to just give snarky answers about "too long, won't read" and move on. So you may want to find ways to cut down your text to something a bit more reasonable.

Also, you should know that "POP QUIZ" types of questions are violations of the rules of the site. If that is the type LONG question you are asking - you will likely eventually get reported for it.

•"Fill in the blank" and "pop quiz" questions are not considered questions and are considered violations of the Q&A format.
