And Of Course I'm Using 2 2gb Kingston 1333 Ddr3 Memory.

And an ATI Radeon HD 3650 Graphics Card? I'm Trying to Change my Old Pc Parts the Last one Burned Out xP

    Yes, you should be just fine. They are all compatible. The cpu is on the list of compatible cpu's and the ram is 1333 so should work (very rarely does ram not work) as the motherboard supports DDR3 1333 and the gpu should work as it's pci-e compatible and the mobo has pci-e x16 2.0 slot.

    Though depending on what your planning on doing you may want to just upgrade just about everything.

    Motherboard, CPU and RAM will work, however see if you can get the v2 version of the motherboard (supports upto 125w processors) and a phenom II x4 965.

    That athlon CPU is quite old now and if you are upgrading upgrade to a very good CPU.

    Also go for a Radeon HD 4870 or better for a video, otherwise you'll be looking at lowest settings while gaming.
