Social Anxiety Disorder checklist link?
I see my doctor Monday. I'm almost positive I have social anxiety disorder. I really have no idea how to bring up the subject, and I know I'll forget important details if I try to explain the situation off the top of my head. Is there a website with a decent sized checklist on social anxiety symptoms I could printout and fill out? I couldn't find any on bing.com. Thanks in advance.

The link i'm posting for you is basically a long list of symptoms for social anxiety, it's not a checklist but it is as good as one, it lists the physical symptoms as well as behavioural, emotional, mental and lifestyle. I am an anxiety sufferer myself, it really isn't as hard as you think to talk to your doctor about it, most when you go in ask what the problem is, and when they ask, you can just say that you think you have social anxiety disorder, the doctor will know what to do from there, they will normally ask you what symptoms you experience, and will sometimes ask if you experience particular symptoms, this is so they can make sure they give the right diagnosis as there are many different anxietty disorders and things that can cause anxiety. And you mentioned you are worried about forgetting important details, the doctor will know the right questions to ask, so dont worry about that so much.
