How to use the Loc # on kindle?

How do I use the Loc # on my kindle? I downloaded a book and teachers note to use during school tomorrow, but how do I know what page they will be on? I just don't get the point of Loc?? Help!

    With only location # you won't know the page number. It's because Kindle books are formatted differently from actual books, so pages are different. The newer Kindle or updates can show page number, I've talked about this in details here:
