Ok - so I know a bit late but planning a garden for when I move to Phoenix next year. I would like to plant tomatoes, sweet potatoes, and peppers next march. How long before I get fruit on each one of these, and when would be the last date I could pick them?

Starting a new college (ASU) that uses many ebooks. I have an amazon kindle touch now, but I'm thinking about getting an iPad for graduation and for my new school. What is better to buy ebooks from, amazon or ibooks? What do you prefer and why?

How do you enter a station or a bus with a muni passport?

Do you just show the bus driver your passport, or do you have to swipe something on the bus?

Are there any faregates for the train that you have to swipe the passport?

Just kind of lost on the whole MUNI system proof-of-payment and can't find much info on their website!

This is my first year gardening and i decided to try tomatos because everyone said how easy they were. I bought a starter plant and waited a week to transplant it, as I was waiting for my raised garden to come. I water it everynight. I live in the midwest where the temps are about mid 90's to mid 100's. I have maybe 4 or 5 tomatoes growing, but the rest of the flowers seem like they're drying up. The plant looks wilted. I am starting to pollinate it myself with a toothbrush to see if that works. Any help is appreciated, as I feel like a failure as I can't even grow tomatoes!!

My girlfriend is almost 10 days late from her period. I don't think she is pregnant but she is starting to believe she is. She had a pelvic exam a couple of days before she was supposed to start her period, and she was having a week of bad stress. I know stress can delay a period. The only thing we did that month was that I fingered her. I know it's EXTREMELY hard to get pregnant this way....especially if no sperm was introduced...which it wasn't....but there could have been some on my hands for the night before when I jacked off. Is there ANY possible way she is pregnant? I don't think there is....but how could her period be almost 2 weeks late?

They have the same symptoms for the most part. I think my GF might be pregnant. But we also just gave blood a couple of weeks ago. She is tired and fatigued recently. She is having headaches. She usually has cracked lips. She is having a period right now...that's why I don't think she's pregnant. It's a heavy period, when she usually has light ones. But I have heard of people still having heavy flow periods and being pregnant! What do you think is up?

We have sterile swabs that were supposed to swab something so we can grow fungi for microbiology...but where is a good spot that I can swab??
