How do you enter a station or a bus with a muni passport?
Do you just show the bus driver your passport, or do you have to swipe something on the bus?
Are there any faregates for the train that you have to swipe the passport?
Just kind of lost on the whole MUNI system proof-of-payment and can't find much info on their website!

The MUNI passport is cool time saver. But if your a student I recommend getting a Clipper Card.
You can use it on any MUNI bus or lite rail and Bart. it will save you about 62% and you can put any amount you want on the Card. It's like have a prepaid Credit Card.
