Traumatised. Please help.?
I am 17. Its very natural to get attracted to the opposite sex. I belong to a very decent family. I simply like flirting with girls.
There's a girl in my tuition whom I found attractive. We spoke very less in tuition but a lot through whatsapp. Yesterday, she told me to come to tuition since no one was going to come. I told her to wear kajal cause she looks good.
Today morning as I was waiting outside tuition, a man came and started interrogating me. He slapped me thrice. He was shorter than me. I could have easily beaten him into a pulp but I did not. He was that girl's father. He was threatening me. My ma'am came out and he dragged me inside. My ma'am tried to make him understand. He even asked for my dad's number which I gave without any hesitation. Before leaving, he hugged me and said that I was like his son whom he lost a few years back. My ma'am tried to console me. However, I can't sleep anymore. I am traumatised. How can I get over this event? Should I leave that tuition?

You acted properly by not striking him back, however you should report him to the police for assualt. No one has the right to physically assualt another. You are not living in primitive times where people can just assualt anyone they don't like. If he has a problem with you, he should have called the police and reported the matter.
Avoid this girl like she has the plague. Her father is crazy and you will just have more problems if you continue a friendship with this girl.
