I need help getting rid of a pimple with no head.?

It is inbetween my eyes and I can't find the head or even it's pore. I have tried squeezing it but nothing happens because since it is so big and shaped weird I don't exactly know the right place to squeeze. I wash my face every day and it is not clearing up. It hurts really bad and is really big but not really red. I'm not gonna go to the doctors for it. I don't want to wait for it to go away because that never works it just stays there forever. Please help! I can't find any way to get it out and I don't want advice or critisism saying that I should have put cream on it. I don't even have any cream.
