Can any Jehovah Witness give any proof that the NWT isn't the most corrupted Bible ever produced?

Jehovah's Witnesses can teach the truth from ANY bible. In fact my mother became one of Jehovah's Witnesses using her much loved CAHTOLIC bible.

**Andover Newton Quarterly of January 1963 said: "The translation of the New Testament is evidence of the presence in the movement of scholars qualified to deal intelligently with the many problems of Biblical translation."

**As Theologian C. Houtman explains regarding the unorthodoxy of the New World Translation: "Various traditional translations of important terms from the original text have been discarded, apparently in order to arrive at the best possible understanding."

**REGARDING the New World Translation of the Christian Greek Scriptures, Edgar J. A 2003 study by Jason BeDuhn, associate professor of religious studies

at Northern Arizona University in the United States,

of nine of "the Bibles most widely in use in the English-speaking world,"

including the New American Bible, The King James Bible and The New International Version, examined several New Testament passages in which "bias is most likely to interfere with translation." For each passage, he compared the Greek text with the renderings of each English translation,

and looked for biased attempts to change the meaning.

BeDuhn reported that the New World Translation was "not bias free",

but emerged "as the most accurate of the translations compared",

and thus a "remarkably good translation",

adding that "most of the differences are due to the greater accuracy of the NW as a literal, conservative translation".

As I am continuing to research the original texts, definitions of the original languages and comparing them to the NWT, I have found only one verse were direct translation didn't apply, and the footnote explained why.

Even this verse doesn't change the overall meaning of the bible.

Alan Duthie (a trinitarian) stated that the NWT error rate was LESS than zero zero point one percent. (00.1%) or .001 (one tenth of one percent).

Where as today we know the KJV has over 20,000 known errors.

With the publication of the first installment—the New World Translation of the Christian Greek Scriptures—in 1950, it became evident that the translators had met their objectives. Bible texts that had previously been only dimly understood became dramatically clear. For instance, consider the perplexing text at Matthew 5:3: “Blessed are the poor in spirit.” (King James Version) It was rendered: “Happy are those conscious of their spiritual need.” The apostle Paul’s admonition rendered “be careful for nothing” (King James Version) was translated: “Do not be anxious over anything.” (Philippians 4:6) And the apostle John’s reference to “the concupiscence of the flesh” (Douay Version) reads, “the desire of the flesh.” (1 John 2:16) Clearly, the New World Translation opened up a new world of understanding.

Various scholars were impressed. For example, British Bible scholar Alexander Thomson noted that the New World Translation is outstanding in accurately rendering the Greek present tense. To illustrate: Ephesians 5:25 reads “Husbands, continue loving your wives” instead of saying merely “Husbands, love your wife.” (King James Version) “No other version appears to have exhibited this fine feature with such fulness and frequency,” said Thomson regarding the New World Translation.

Another outstanding feature of the New World Translation is its use of God’s personal name, Jehovah, in both the Hebrew and the Greek portions of the Scriptures. Since the Hebrew name for God appears nearly 7,000 times in the so-called Old Testament alone, it is clear that our Creator wants his worshipers to use his name and to know him as a person. (Exodus 34:6, 7) The New World Translation has helped millions of people to do so.

You should do some Research.

I will give you a comparison of other translations so you will see there is no corruption:

Point is, for those that have blinded minds as if a veil is over them, they will not understand the Bible, nor who Jehovah the Almighty is, nor who his Son Jesus Christ is.

It actually is quite a good translation.

Several Bible scholars agree on that. It rectifies some of the atrocious mistranslations of the KJV and others, particularly those referring to "hell".

Salutations!

Questions like these are worthless. Making assertions without evidence, and clearly backed by a form of anti-religious bias (anti-JW in this case), are worthless rants.

Conclusion:

The NWT bears a striking resemblance to many of the translations here. Note that the NWT uses capital YOU to denote the plural, whereas most here do not make that distinction. Also, the NWT is the only translation listed that accurately translates God's name as a name, and not as "LORD" (YHWH does not mean "Lord.") The NWT comes across as a conservative, literal translation, and is technically more accurate than some of the translations here that are quite liberal with the text, such as "The Message" and the "New Living Translation."

Oh, please....there isn't a single bible translation that wasn't manipulated, re-edited, redacted and had parts removed...it is a known fact that there are bible books that were intentionally left out of the bible...and not to mention that...hello? The bible was not written in english!! It was translated from old languages.
